I was thinking maybe Northern/Central California 1st gen gathering, hey we have good weather in the winter so why not? I was thinking Sac/Fresno area maybe?? I know there are a few 1st gens down here in Socal, a bunch up in Northern Cali, and I am sure a few in Nevada that could make it. Should be less than a 4hr drive from all those areas. What does everybody think? Dyno day maybe? Who thinks its a good idear?

Next Sunday is Mopar Muscle Magic at Sacramento Raceway. It's a car show, swap meet and drag racing. I'll be there, either with the CTD or my '79 Li'l Red Express to run some passes. Anybody else planning on being there?

 

If that is too soon for everybody, October 19th is the Fred Owens 3rd Annual Truck Drags at Sacramento Raceway. It shouldn't be so hot by then.

 

I'm in. I've been really waiting for someone to put a norcal meet together. I say it should be in sac, or in my little town, we have all sorts of meets up here year round.

I think that is a great idea for a meet. Shoot even if no one else can, i might just go for the event.
