Burned Out Heater Fan Switch

Fan switch burned up, and when it's in the "high" position the wires get really hot now. Is there a resistor or something that failed?

Thanks!

Actually the resistor's probably fine, though it's worth the while to make sure the connector on it isn't burned.

The switches just do that. The heater motor relay mod is helpful.
