building Grid Heater Delete block-Dimensions?

My brother makes at a machine and could make me an aluminum Grid Heater Delete block for next to nothin with the cnc. I just don't wanna pull my toaster off at the moment and measure it for him so he can build it cuz its still pretty cold here and i'll be usin this toaster probably for another month or so til it warms up to put the delete in there, then i'll put the toaster back in next winter.

So does anyone have any dimensions or pictures of what it should look like? or any tips on makin it? Its basically just about a 3" wide and about 2" tall block isn't it with a hol in each corner? and how big do the holes need to be? thanks
