Got the boost guage in tonight, got a couple of questions....


I am peaking at 32 lbs, the boost comes on strong from 8 to 30, slows down to 32, hangs for about 3 sec and then starts dropping off slowly to about 12 lbs . This is all at full throttle.

is the boost dropping off because i'm defueling? I think thats the reason because it happens at about 2500-2600 rpm (just guessing, no tach). I still have the stock spring but now that i see this im thinking 3200! Also got a Stage III and 16 cm2 in the works.

Am i right about the boost dropping off? Is this what you guys with the baby H1C are seeing? Or am i losing fuel somewhere else. I feel like the lift pump is good cuz the truck runs strong.

Yes you are defueling at that point and the load is decreasing on the engine. Sounds about right for the stock spring.
