so last night i was driving my truck round and noticed that my spedo wasnt working anymore, then it would work for awhile until i went to open my window and noticed that wen i press the button to put it down it would turn off the speedo, same thing if i press the lock button and if i change the heat selection. the only thing i can think of is a bad interior ground, anybody have any input cause i gota get this fixed, thank you

 

Run a ground from your negative terminal on the battery to the body of the truck, fixed all quirkiness on my truck, good luck

yah, i had a bad body ground, causes all kind of ghosts.

 

yup x3. A bad body ground can be induced easily as well if you ground a wrench accidentally from the hot lead to the fender.
