BHAF Bungee-mount & Outerwears sock

Here's another approach to mounting a BHAF for your consideration.

The Outerwears 20-1085 sock over the Fleetguard AF19037 keeps the occasional drip out of the filter.

The bungee cord stretched between two mounting holes for other items allows a bit of movement on the filter's part before it rubs on anything. The support for the old airbox must be removed.

So far, so good.

Regards, DBF

As I said somewhere else, I like to use simple solutions.

Thought I had googled all the options but that one is a new one. I'll see if they have my size. Thanks.

Thats about as simple a solution as they come. And cheap too. Sometimes we can get carried away and over anylize a problem . Guess thats the American way...
