What is the best after market intercooler/boost tube upgrade for a 91.5 and up IC CTD Dodge? I have heard of powerjoke coolers and the Banks coolers. What would be the best choice for my application? What size boost tubes? Lets say I want to take the motor up in HP/TRQ/BOOST with a safety margin just before it needs internal parts. What would be the hands down best option?

The best bang for the buck is a late model powerstroke unit with the metal end caps. They'll take a good bit of abuse, have 3'' ins and outs and can be had on e-bay for a little bit of nothing (compared to a Bank$ or $pearco) There are a couple writeups floating around detailing PS intercoolers being installed in intercooled trucks..not sure about non-ic though...
