I know Stan's makes a 4" dp for the 1st gen. From reading and searching posts, seems like the way to go. Has anyone used other brands like Farmboy Diesel, etc with sucess?

I bought a 4" straight pipe from Pinnacle Power Exhaust and installed it on my truck. My only concern with it was one of the pipes wasn't bent enough. We heated it up a bent it and installed with no other problems.

 

was the extra bending at the t-case? if so it wont hurt us 4X2 guys

 

Looks like a good exhaust system all hangers some with the exhaust. Anybody know what it runs money wise?

 

Pinnacale power is what I have on my truck and the problem is that it does not have a true 4" dp and also the section that goes around the transfer case is not 4" they are both 3 1/2". If I were going to do it agian I would spend the extra money and get it from somewhere like Stan's which is a true 4" from the turbo back. But thats just my opinion.
