Does anyone know what size wastegated housing came with the Banks kits for first gens?

They don't list it but they do make stuff

They sure don't make intercoolers for 1st gens no more. None available through any distributors either. I had Scheid look and make calls for a week, only thing they could find available from the IC kit was the Banks grill.

The 14cm wg housing can be had from many other less expensive vendors.

tfarm... if i am reading correctly there is a truck that already has the banks kit on it. from what i have read and what these guys are saying it should be the 14cm w/g housing. that's one of the most expensive and sought after housings so if it's on there already you really lucked out!

Someone had a link for a whole bunch of (for different apps.) intercoolers on a site I hope someone will chime in here

Just like Bill Gilbert, I searched everywhere. make countless phone calls, etc Nothing out there. Chances are the kits were so expensive that no one stocked a few of them, and just ordered as needed

If you call banks and talk to tom, the parts service guy, he will tell you that theyDO NOT have anything anymore for 1st gens, I know because He offered to sell me the LAST kit they had for my 93, i asked himif he had anything for the 90 and he said "i already told you everything we have"

it was november when i called but you could always check, and no, they didn't have any more techni-cooler. Gale Banks is f***ing stupid. The only person to buld a complete kit for our truck (yes i know we can build better stuff if we do it oursevles) for those who just want a no hasles kit and they go and stop making the stuff (the IC was pretty nice too).

So true, forget Banks. believe it or not, I squeezed an 03 aftercooler on my first gen. It is huge and I did some serious mods to get it in. But my EGTs are way down. We just need to incorperate new technoligy to our old rides to get the same effect.
