Banjo bolt business
Geno's has them for sale for the 2nd gens...some kind of 2 piece kit for aiding in the addition of a fuel pressure guage. The Geno's dude could not help me due to confusion. What exactly are the parts and part #s that I need from their catalog and how do you plumb for a guage? Will I lose the benefit of the bleed screw after I install their fittings? Carmyne

The ones Genos lists for the 24v's will work on our trucks too. The factory bleeder screw (metric threads) will be lost to a tapped 1/8'' NPT port that you can either plug or plumb a permanent gauge into.

Those banjo bolts will work on any year truck. We only need two.
You don't have to get as elaborate as my setup, a lot of overvalvers are running around with a hardware store needle valve as a combination snubber and emergency gauge shutoff. I just wanted a better shutoff valve, so I needed a snubber, too, and then I decided a petcock would be nice...

Rag, as long as you always prefill your fuel filters upon install you'll never need to worry about the bleeder screw. Even on lift pump r and r, I've never fooled with it.

You only need 1 tapped bolt to run a gauge. I advocate getting a second high flow banjo because it's a cheap fuel flow upgrade. My filter inlet banjo is an untapped high flow.
