how hard would it be to do an NV 4500 swap to an auto 1st gen truck

Peddles,bell housing,flywheel,clutch master cyld,tranny(of course),29 spline input for the NP205, clutch. If you go with a DD on the clutch, you'll have to update the input shaft. I think I'm missing something here. But others will be along to add to the list, I'm sure.
