i have one works good tight fit on the non intercooled truck

napa gold filters 3356 (the small one) and 3357 (the big one)

That top connection is what mounts to the head (where the current, one filter is).

That manifold allows running a separate fuel filter and water separator.

Nah, just unscrew the existing threaded pipe that holds the fuel heater, and swap it with that that comes with the adapter (part no 8 ).
