Any one around Fort Riley kansas
I love the heat. Hate the cold, but i'm old and broke up have joint pains so heat is good for me. Or maybe I just have a lil lizard in me. Hope Kansas is good for ya and good to ya. Thanks for your service to this great country.
Welcome to God's country, land of the sunshine, sunflowers, removed by admin The state operates on a rotational basis, so you moving here will allow someone else to escape in your place!
Seriously though, I grew up about 50 miles South of Fort Riley & went to K-State which is about 20 miles East of there, back when there were still a few dinosaurs wandering the earth. Unlike the usual stereotype about Kansas being flat, Fort Riley is in the Flint Hills region. Pretty country out there with lots of 4-wheeling, dirt biking, hunting & fishing opportunites. Hope you enjoy it!

My daughter just came back from there. She loved the area but the rent was high off base. The wind blows allot and if you're not a news watcher buy a weather alert. They're prone to tornadoes up there. Thanks for your service BTW.
