Starting yesterday I have a sound coming from my air.AC vents that is louder and more consistent if I turn on the fan. It sounds like "krinkling paper" or very much like "sand" is blowing around inside. A piece of foam (like the foam between the pillars and dash) blew out about an inch long. Anybody experience this.........I'm guessing you have.

Sounds like leaves have gotten into your hvac box. Check the sticky for an easy fix.

 

The liitle piece of foam probably is one of the strips that put a little tension on your deflectors that direct the flow of air out of your dash. Most of mine are gone and the deflectors tend to rotate out of position and flop around some.
