Another FSM ??

Guna order the Cd version from Genos soon. I have a 1991.5 I/C so I should order the 1992 version right?? Also, is the cd format the same material as the hard copy? Thanks a ton, Jeff

just wondering if the 91 version covers both the non- I/C and the I/C versions of the truck, if not, thats why i thought i'd go with the 92 version. Or should I just call Genos, ordered from them before and were very helpful. Didnt want to hijack the other FSM thread. Thanks again, Jeff

I was at a car show and they had a demo and I asked to see the dodge truck cd they had. It was just like the book, and liscensed from dodge. Not sure if thats the same one genos sells though. I was lucky and found a book for cheap, but thought I would chime in and tell you that only the 93 book came with the instructions to rebuild our getrag 5 speed. Not sure how much stuff was changed between 91.5 and 93, but if you ever plan on rebuilding your tranny yourself it might be a consideration in what year manual you get.

I'd go for the '91 manual. Our trucks have slight differences (electrical) from the '92 and '93 trucks. I have the '91 manual, and it has been very helpful and informative.

Thanks for the replys all, but wouldnt the non I/C version have different specs for injectors, etc? The only thing I need to do to the old girl right now is fix my non-power steering (have a new gear bow on the bench, may need new P/S pump also) but for $30, that FSM cd is hard to pass up from Genos. Does the 91 version include anything about an intercooler??
