Glad to say only codes showing are 12 (battery) and 45 which is od circuit open or shorted. Of course its open since its unplugged and tapped up under the truck. Which brings me to a new point. On my cruise control not working at all would this be due to the fact that the pcm is not seeing od engaged (grounded out) it would not let me operate cruise control. Should I start a new thread for this or do yall have any input. If I grounded out the overdrive circuit cruise should function right.

I'm using the 93 Auto PCM in my crewcab, and the cruise works just fine. Other then the accelerating issue I can't resolve yet. Just hook up the neutral wire as I mentioned earlier and it should work...unless there are other issues in the cruise control system.

And I too am glad you got your charging issue sorted out...Well done!!

I don't think cruise control needs OD to work. There are a lot of places for it to fault out, though.

When you get your FSM, study up on it and have at it. You have the meter you need now.
