Where did you mount your bottle?
Seriously, where did you mount your two quart meth/h2o bottle and pump. I got one coming. It is the Snow Performance Stage II with the 150 psi pump. I have thought of just tapping into the washer bottle for the sake of saving space.

I didn't figure a washer fluid bottle would be enough so I opted for the 8 gallon option - it's mounted in the bed with the pump on the frame rail under the cab. Sure does work sweet.
I buy methanol in the 5 gallon cans then I take 2 gallons and my boss who has a 17 gallon custom SS tank takes the rest. Cost runs just over $25 for 5 gallons.

Think my Rainx washer fluid will act as a polishing the intake effect??
I too am kind of curious of other benefits to M/W. someone posted quite a while back about it, effectivly "steam cleaning" the pistons, and valves. Any thoughts?
Dave, what that nice little blue box ya got there?
And if one were to tap into the washer bottle will that limit us to STRICTLY the blue stuff, and no more rainx?

Water injection removes all the carbon from the cumbustion chambers and on the pistons, at least on gassers. I have pulled heads off high mile gassers that I ran water injection in, and the heads and pistons were COMPLETELY clean! The cool thing is they started off carboned up big time.
I would like to do a before and after on a diesel, but pulling the heads just for that would be nutty (unless I had the bucks for "O" ringing the head, hmmmmm).

I mounted my Snow's reservoir tank on the angled surface that is on the drivers side, to the right of the master cylinder, just under the edge that would meet the hood when the hood was closed. Made anlged SS brackets that the reservoir bolts to, and another one for the control module. I, too, tapped into the WW reservoir, and teed both of these together. Pump is on another custom SS bracket that sits on the inside drivers side wheel well, just to the left and below of the cruise control servo mounting bracket. The pump lays perfectly horizontal, and from there it is easy to adjust for pressure.

Another question. Snow Performance sells their H2O/Meth solution for $25.00 a gallon . What would be wrong with running the blue stuff from Wally World at 99 cents a gallon?

boatnik, find a local race track or something like that. the one near my has 55 gallon drums so i just took a 5 gallon jug down and they filled it. i believe i paid $2.50 par/gallon. they less than .75 par gallon of distilled water and i end up with about $1.60 something per gallon.... and no shipping.

I don't know what's in the Rain-X, but I'd imagine it's more expensive than you want to pay for one minute of fun. Little reservoirs don't last long at all.
Nothing at all. It's about 20% meth. Really not a bad value, unless you are buying methanol in 55 gallon drums you can't mix it yourself that cheap.
