aftermarket wheel ??
Have some mb wheels 16><8 off 04 chevy 2500 wheels fit the dodge but the studs on the dodge are a lot smaller can I just get lug nuts that make up the difference

yes. You could also swap to 9/16 lugs so that you can run the lug nuts and hub caps from the chev wheels too. There is a part number in the sticky for a 1/2" lug nut that lets you run hub caps too. https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/....html?t=147764
