AFC foot grind, any pics/write ups?

im lookin to perform surgery on my AFC foot, i didnt see an article in the sticky, just wondering if any of you guys have pics that i could reference. how far did you grind it? any info would be great. thanks, Ben

how exactly do you control your pump without it? will it just blow hords of smoke?

theres no AFC with out it, if you remove it then your fuel pin does nothing and it will smoke at like half pedal becuase theres no boost/fuel ratio which is what the fuel pin does...

Its really hard to explain, a professional will chime in im sure.

Dont do it is what ive heard unless its a full time race or play truck.

My truck is my daily driver and I removed the afc lever out of it. The smoke is controllable, if you drive nice there is almost no smoke at all, it's when you get pised and nail it that it pumps out the black cloud. I also don't hardly tow. I have towed two cars with it this way and the smoke and heat were not an issue, but with a heavy load it might be. If you want to get an idea what it would be like take your smoke screw out and replace it with a long bolt. With the long bolt bottomed out your truck will behave in a similar way to having your afc removed.
