I purchased a complete 93 engine and installed it in my 91' it runs fine but the reason that i put so much effort into this truck was for the fuel economy.
someone had already "tuned" the pump and probably the timing. I used to get around 19-20 now around 16-17, yes it is more peppy and dumps plenty of black smoke, coooool but i would rather have the economy. does anyone know how to put things back to factory settings? (star wheel, smoke adjust, ttapered pin thingy, main adjust screw and timing.Any help would be great.
