The hub from any D250 diesel or D350. Those trucks should all have a 3800-4000# rated front suspension.
Try searching www.car-part.com. Or get on Facebook marketplace. Lots of this stuff goes straight to the squisher though after the powertrain and a few good body panels are sold. Gotta be looking all the time.
