92 model high pressure fuel pump

I have just recently developed a leak on the throttle area of my high pressure pump. it's not especialy bad, just a steady drip. I know this sounds odd but up until now it only does this after I fuel up, whether I fill completely up or not, and then stops after a couple of days. Is this something I can fix fairly easily? Thaks for the help.

Re:92 model high pressure fuel pump

You will have to have a Injection shop press in a new brass seal for the throttle arm as your old one is worn from on and off the throttle. You can take the top off your pump and bring it in to a shop and save money. Just be carefull of the governer spring location when taking top off pump so you know how to put it back together.
