92 12v cummims slightly bent pushrods??

I recently did the killer dowel pin fix everything went smooth started the truck up ran it a little and come to find out all 12 of my pushrods bent and cracked very slightly near the top. Could over torquing the head bolt going through the rocker support be the cause? These are stock head bolts and the truck has 180k. Also the other head bolts in the cwnter of the head werent fully torqued to 120 which i believe is the correct spec. Anyone have any ideas or had this happen to them ? Note: I double checked that all pushrods were seated into the lifters properly.

Did you remove cylinder head? Did you set valve clearance to spec?
