'91 vs. '92

I need yalls help. I currently own a 1992 CTD with approx. 360K miles on it. This truck needs a paint job, it leaks transmission fluid pretty bad, needs a new master brake cylinder, but it has a good cold running AC. Ok, now my friend has a 1991 CTD with 188K miles on it and it has a newer flawless paint job that is about 8 years old it doesnt leak at all and the brakes are good, BUT it does not have a working AC. So my question is should I sell my truck and get this one from my friend since his is for sale or is the 1992 a better truck?? I guess my question is whether one truck is better than the other or if one is known to be a better truck than the other or if they are simply the same and a wash. I need you guys to tell me what you think and what you would do. THANKS!!

Need to know more about the 91. Some are intercooled, some are not.

If it is a '91.5 then it will be intercooled and have overdrive. If it just a '91, then it will have the 3spd auto and won't be intercooled.

There aren't really any differences between a '91.5 and a '92.

Yea, buy the 91. lower miles and it doesnt need as much $$$$ in work. the 92 sounds like the trans needs a gasket (work). and it has alot of miles. things are going to start to wear.
