91 fuel leaks

i posted a thread a few weeks ago about what i thought was cold weather starting problems.i experienced it again today and found i have fuel leaking.the drips are where the throttle linkage connects to the ? (i dont know what its called).after running for a few minutes they seemed to stop or slow down.my guess is some kind of seal is leaking causing it to lose pressure when it sits and therefor hard to start? i could use any help on the cause and how to fix it. thanks
