I am looking at a 91 D250 reg. cab cummins 2wd with a 5 speed. Needs a radiator , right fender and grill shell as well as a front bumper.Needs tires and strut bushings. Runs and drives and has about 180,000 miles on it.What this thing worth if i buy as is. What could i get for it in perfect shape if i fix every thing thats bad. AC is not working either, think it may need a condensor.I can get it for $2000 or less.What do you guys think ?

I bought my 91 for 1600 cad.
The cab was rusty but the box is great and the doors are great. The engine has 400k kms on it so that's about 240k miles. I think you'd do fine at around 2000. I have a non working ac and non working cruise.

I paid $2400 for my 91. 190K miles, auto, few dents and scraps. Checked the blue book value and it says it was worth 3600 in Fair condition and mine is between fair and good.

 

A running cummins for 2K....You can't go wrong...Even if you have to put $2000 into it...its worth it....
