Well I know cummins has a 3in intake they offer, and I would have been able to give you the part number for it but I saw it on a thread on TDR and im not a member so I can't get it anymore. You should be able to call them up and tell them you want a 3" intake for your 91-93 ram and they should be able to get it for you.

www.turbodieselregistry.com you have to pay a buy a subscription to thier mag and then you can post on their boards. I don't understand why they can't just look it up for you. If I call my local cummins dealer i just tell them what im looking for and what its for and then they look it up for me, no part numbers, serial numbers or nothing. If possible I would call a different dealer and ask them then
good luck

well thanks underpsi, i found it on there, and if anyone else needs it i have the info and they only run about 40. thanks bill, for being so patient. and i think it will be worth investin in. and the guy seems annoyed everytime i call looking for parts. plus its seems like he would rather be doing something else besides his job even though all he has to to is type into a comp. plus i think we only have the one cummins shop. but the funnny thing is my dad works for a company that buys parts from freightliner cheaper than cummins so i think im just gonna go through him. thanks again guys. cuz i am buying a rear main seal and oil pan gasket for 30.
