90 dodge reg cab 60K miles....

I found a 90 diesel reg cab that I can buy with 60k on it , Is that a good year ??? I know its no intercooled I think that was in 91.5. I think the #'s are 160/400 for this engine , it must be a slug lol. Just wondering if I should get it or stay away from it . My buddy says its mint with factory paint still on the frame. Just hoping you guys can talk me out of it as I have two cummins already.

If the price is right, go for it. At 60k, she ain't even broke in yet! Sure, they're turds stock, but the ol non ic trucks wake up real quick with pump adjustments.

I have a 91 non-intercooled w250. It should be almost the same as the 90 you are looking at. I love my truck. It has plenty of power after a few pump tweeks. My only issue with the truck is the rad is a little small. I'm going to get a bigger rad put in before summer.

I'm 6'3" and have no trouble fitting in my 92. Pump adjustments and some inexpensive mods make these trucks a lot of fun

Still new at 60k. I'm 6'2" and the truck is good for me. I know what you are saying about wanting to lean back a little though. The original bench is a killer to lower backs IMO. I am glad that my bench has been modified with lumbar support.

Yes the lower back will take a beating in it , I figure I will be uncomfortable in it all the time . Have to wait and see I guess the truck is 8 hours away , awaiting pictures before I make the trek down to see her.
