#1 Anvil Simple

#2 Anvil Reliable

#3 Minivan fuel economy in a 3/4 ton 4x4

#4 Sounds like a mini 18 wheeler

#5 My man loves it!!
My wife hates my truck, despite the fact that she was the one who bought it 14 years ago. Which is great 'cause then I'm the only one who drives it! No need to find out why something doesn't work. I can monitor the engine without having to worry about it running hot or cooling down the turbo etc etc.

 1. Runs great
 2. Grandkids love it
 3. Hauls the ATV's 'AND' the trailer
 4. Has my wifes approval to tow with (translation: she will drive it while towing)
 5. AND - it is unique enough to take our Lakeland Terrier in (she is a unusual breed) - She loves to go in it! (translation both my wife and my dog loves my truck

We have had many great trips in this truck. It has always perfomed great.

1. 514rwhp and counting when most people told me I'd never make over 350 with a VE pump and non-lockup converter.

2. 24mpg on the highway

3. I can park it in the worst neighborhood in LA and nobody will think to steal it

4. No computers

5. Prius and Volvo owners hate it

I didn't lock my truck for years, until I figured out how to fix the lock mechanism! It's been left in some dodgy places, but I never worried. If I had an Escalade I'd be worried...

Yes! In my case, the feeling is mutual.

There's nothing like a 1st gen, especially 2 custom built ones.
1. Unique
2. Fun to drive
3. Comments all the time
4. If you ever want to sell it comments
5. Does that have a Cummins in it? I didn't know they put those in RamChargers!

I think everyone's truck is kind of customised, to a greater or lesser degree. Although yours, Fred, are in the 'greater' category!

A caveat, I like my truck and love my family - just putting it in perspective....
Why I like my truck:
1. the looks
2. it's paid for
3. It will pull anything a hook up to it
4. Easy to maintain.
5. the looks ( yeah I know I said this twice)
