It should have a 65mm exducer in a 18.5 cm housing. It will spool terribly and run hot in town.

I seen a Sledpuller 66 for sale but I think it's probably too much charger for you. I think they wanted 1300.

 

Hx-40s break easier because the shaft is the same diameter as an hx-35. You will like an s300 more than a 40.

 

I also agree with the s300 choice. My last s300 was great. Spooled hard and made 45psi easily. It cooled nicely while towing as well. For 400hp I would shoot for a s300 62/71/14 wastgated at 45-48psi and a set of EDM sticks. Should still get 18+mpg set up properly as well. A 62/65/13SS would be a good choice as well. It would spool better but be a little hotter at the top end of things. Either turbo should still alow you to tow fairly heavy with no problem. The 62/71/14 may get alittle toasty if higher in altitude towing a big fiver or something.

 

i am going a full four inch down pipe in to 5inch exhaust so that should help with egt .... and i am going to run water meth to help with that too
