4" to 5" exhaust

Gonna take out the 3" system I have now and get a turbo back 4". Now I know it is probably impossible to get a 5" around the transfer case but what about this. How about
4" downpipe and past the transfer case then 5" from there back? I will be using a muffler. Not much of one I hope but a muffler. My reasoning for getting rid of the 3" are my egt's. Will this "hybred" 4" to 5" really make much of a difference over a turbo back 4"?

thanks

Thought about considering stacks instead?

Can't do it. I have a saddle box, transfer tank and a fifthwheel hitch. I am told to put stacks in would take about 9". I can't afford that room because of the turning rad of the trailer.
