388 Gov spring.

Finally got around to changing the spring. Well after a small headache with the PIB screw I open the top remove spring and Its a 388.

These are The spring numbers I came up with.

2800 RPM 1-464-650-386 Stock
3200 RPM 1-464-650-366 Cummins marine
3800 RPM 1-464-650-374 Volvo marine
4200 RPM 1-464-650-354 ??????????

Where does the 388 come in?

IP was a Virgin.

Well I'm of to the big city to get 1 screw.

Pretty sure it's a 386....sometimes the ink runs and they look like 388. Regardless the 366 is a way better upgrade!

I know how to read it's painted 388 plain as day.

After I got the screw and drove the truck. installing the 366 was a waste of time. Not much of a improvement.
