well I finally found out that I'm stupid. I got it running after the 366 spring it was a improperly adjusted full fuel spring but' I cant seem to get the same amount fuel as before (notably less smoke) and I'm only getting 23-24 lbs of boost when I was getting 26-27. what gives ?

 

Throttle shaft indexing. Its probably out 1 notch.
