isnt there like a website i can order one off of, and i dont know of anybosh shops around, i live sorta near edmonton alberta. so...

I bet there's one in Edmonton. Look in the phone book for places with names like "Edmonton Fuel Injection Service". If all else fails, call PDR and they will ship you one. Local would be much cheaper though, so it will pay you to put at least a little effort into finding a pump shop.

well NADP is in edmonton, but i figured i could send the part number through canadian tire lol. but i dunnoe so..

Tell the pump shop what your doing and ask them to order you in a #374 spring. Some call it the 3800prm spring, prob. smart though to use the #366 spring unless your willing to upgrade your valve springs. I hear they float in the 35-36oo range, the 366 is a very nice upgrade over stock and no other upgrades are needed. JMO Ryan

Does it hurt the engine to " float " the valves? Does it crunch the valves?

Generally the slap the face of the piston, thus causing damage.
