O/D shift point? assuming truck in sig.
1st - 3rd gear, try adjusting the transmission cable. Just try 1/8" at a time. TV cable is the common link between injection pump and transmission.
For O/D try the TPS delete potentiometer upgrade. You can adjust o/d shift point while driving.
