Hey guys, i ordered 2 springs from pure power diesel monday and i just tried tracking my order. Thats when i noticed on the shipping form, that they sent out springs for the 3.9 cummins. Are these the same as the 5.9 spring?

 

I think they are the same thing, some one will confirm.

 

Thanks for the reply.....i was hoping t get this installed this weekend. I have limited time to complete it. So if it's not, i might to to go to an injection shop 40 miles away and see if they have one on hand.

 

3.9 VE pump and 5.9 VE pump use the same springs.

it's not a bad install. Are you doing a fuel pin as well?

 

Doing the first spring on a friends 91.5 W250.....I'm using him for the guinea pig ... Then i'll get to mine at a later date. He already has an aftermarket pin in his truck, but for the life of me I still can't figure out what it is.
