2X4 front axle?

What axle would I have in my 2 wheel drive truck? Is it a dana 60?

IF you are asking about the front end there is really no axle. Just a-arms spindles and hubs. Rear would be a dana 60 or 70.

Also if you are talking of the front end, it's 4500 lb. front axle rating. But not a Dana of any shape or form, just a basic control arm, coil spring, shock deal.

Rear would be a Dana 70 if it has a CTD. Front = no axle.

Dude, check the sticker on the door jamb. It will tell you what your front axle is. Example:3,400,3,800,4,000 It is possible to have a 3,800 or 4,000 on a D - 250 and a d-350. I've had to deal with this already. Hope that helps. Ask if you have any more ???...Augie ... Sorry for all the edits (one to many scotchpwe's)
