will a 24v intake horn bolt to the intercooled truck? i seen it done once but want to know if you have to fabricate or just bolt up.

You will need to fab a new intercooler pipe, but the elbow will bolt right on.

I am assuming that is because the intercooler pipe on the 24 valve is bigger. If that is the case, you can get a stepped silicone connector from turbohoses.com that should adapt the larger opening of the intake horn to the smaller 1st gen intercooler tubing.

Not just that, the factory pipe does not line up with the 24 valve intake.

If you're referring to CoolerTubz, then yes.

cooler tubz are only sold on ebay. and yes it is very much worth spending time on this project. You wont believe how restrictive the stock are horn is until you take it off

Is that a banks intake manifold? If it is I didn't know that it would fit. Looks sweet!
