1st Gen underlay soaked and floor started rusting

To update; I hopefully solved my cab leak problem. On these first gens they are a double skin and the seamsealer cracks open around the corners in the rain gutter around the roof of the cab letting in lots of water (especially check the front corners) The cracks don't appear to be significant but if you pour some water near them they drain it all inside the roof/post down to your carpet underlay. Hope this helps someone rule out a leaky cabin. I just got the whole roof resealed/primed/painted and winshield gasket replaced for $750 CND at a local shop.

always a good feeling to get something like that behind you. most winters mine sites inside. i don't like my aux farm tank getting rained on all winter.

I would like some out buildings to keep some gear dry but that being said YES it feels good to have the rust gone and no sign of water getting in. Now to dry out the floor hopefully for the last time!!! Knock on wood.

I believe cowl cracks let a good bit of water in the cab. Check the sticky!
