What kind of primer? are you buying it by the bucket or rattle can? The front of your truck looks like you shot it instead of rattle can attacked. Although i just attacked my s10 tailgate yesterday and it came out great! Im surprised in the quality of rattle can paint now a days.

 

Yea we did it with a spray gun my dad has had for like 20 years, NOT "HVLP" or any of that crap. just an old gravity feed with a rich mixture

I notice a common trend while looking through these pictures. Mine as well as many other on here all have what looks like a twisted bumper that is twisted down on the driver side and up on the passenger side. I thought at first the previous owner had probably had some small fender bender, but now I am begining to think this is caused from the frame actaully twisting.

 

I bought this truck about a year ago. It is a '91 W350 and is a work in progress. Had a 3 speed auto I converted over to a NV4500. Still needs lots of work. Just bought new tires for it that cost twice as much as the truck.
