Ran a 16.87 n the 1/4 with no money n aftermarket parts clutch was slippin pretty bad in 3rd tho...

 

New best of a 15.94. Clutch hates me now...

 

I ran a 13.68 @ 99mph with the old set up that consisted of a hx40w with non ic sticks, w/m, nitrous & a lot of tuning. Need to return with what in my sig now I would like to run a high 12

 

I took my heap to the track again tonight. It went the best time it has ever gone 14.16 @ 94 mph.

 

That is like 330-340 at the wheels for HP. About 380 engine HP.

 

I think the truck has a little more in it because I can't get it to hook at all. I am going to put some slicks on of and try a couple boosted launches.

I went 13.1@118 a while back, hitting the bottle at half track. Should be back again soon with some new times, at least 1/8th mile ones.

What happened that the truck only went 13.1? Traction issues?

 

This is one of my faster runs. My fastest of the day was 15.853
Lots of traction problems. Front driveshaft is broke so I only have one wheel spinning.

 

c12h26, I knew you were probably back at it again with another truck. since I remember when you had the 1st blue 91 that went low 13's with a stock turbo and stock trans

we have a similar 93 that is plenty rusty and was a farm truck, that we want to make into a drag truck

 

Not 1/4 mile but I did race 1/8 mile...

Here are 3 of my runs from this weekend.

I have open front and rear diffs. I launched at 3200-3500 rpms with no substantial load.





When the truck drops and lifts, 2nd to 3rd gear change without prejudice. LOL! This is the only run with the bracket race. The other 2 are test runs.
