1993 d250 5spd ext cab. interior project
When I made the mount. Unfortunatly didn't take any pics. But I bought 2 big square plates cut and modified the 2nd gen brackets and modified part of each of the jump seat hinged brackets to mount the 2nd gen seat. I set it up to bolt to the original seat bolt holes. Not a perfect set up. I will be changing it to the set up to mount the 2nd gen seats in the stickey using the bench seat mounts when I put it in the Crew. It looks alot better and sturdier than what I did.
The seat itself I bought on ebay for 400 Duel 6 way electric and dual lumbar. 1 wire fused to hook it up. When I got it I took the Factory Gray leather covers off and cleaned em and put the covers back on ebay. Sold them for 400. So the seat ended up being free.Best deal I ever did on ebay. The seat belt assy's I sent out to Snakeoyl seatbelts and had them redone in red for 450 and I got the new leather covers with the ram embroidered from catskinz for 500. Their made exactly like the factory ones. So I ended up having 900 in the seats total. The covers all have long snap clip strips sewn in like a jeep soft top. Comes apart and goes back together like a snap together model. Real easy. Hope this helps.
