I went with stock replacement (9mm tips) for the pricepoint (rockauto). They fuel more than enough for me until I get a bigger turbo and/or an intercooler happening.

I believe 'marine 370' tips can fuel a bit more, and perhaps a little less smokey. My gut says they will be hot too.

5 or 6 hole injectors should burn a little cleaner. The marine 370's are 5. Stock non-IC is 4. Stock IC is 6.

Most of the efficiency gains with the Cummins B series is raising the injection pressure, but your VE pump can't compete with a p-pump, vp44, or cp3 for that.

Contact Eric at The Hungry Diesel...I've heard good things about him and after talking to you about your wants and needs he should be able to set you up with a set.

My VE has been at his shop for getting close to 3 months. I was told 6 weeks. I am there there are other places that can mod these pumps.

My research SAC marine nozzles are designed to run with a steady throttle setting. VCO type should be cleaner.

Hungry diesel?

I put a fuel pin and 3200 spring in mine, and took the collar off the power screw so I could max it out.

edit: I'd probably use NW Fuel injection, DieselTuff, or BD Power because they're somewhat local, and freight to/from the USA is punishing.
