Hey there has been this 1992 Dodge Ram exsteded cab LE it's a five speed standard and when I first saw it I left a note at the guys house because he was never home! He got back to me and we went and looked at it and got it for a steal! He said the floor is rotten but was wondering if anything is bent due to the real bad alignment in the front fender and cab! The front bumper is bent due to his wife pulling on it with her truck! I'm wondering if it's due to the rotten floor or if a cab mount is rotten as well! The truck also had the turbo and intake stolen of it when it was sitting there! Just looking for feedback! Here are some photos of the truck!
Most likely rotten front cab mounts that allowed the cab to settle in the front.
This would make the fenders pull away from the doors at the bottom as you describe.
I have seen it a hundred times on '72-'93 Dodge trucks.
Best thing to do it crawl around under it a get a complete damage report.
Let us know if you have any more questions, and welcome to DTR.

Well, I have seen much worse cab mounts.
Unless the truck got in an major accident and then had new sheet metal installed and re painted it would be unlikely the frame is bent.

Maybe but the cab mounts also supports the rocker panel so just a soft floor board is unlikely to settle the cab too much. Crawling around under the rig will be the best way to figure that out. Check the front core support, fenders, all cab mounts, bushings, frame, ETC.
I can not definitively diagnose a rig from a distance, only throw out ideas.

It looks to me like your alignment issue is more in the front left fender not being in the right location. Your picture angle is hard to read but it looks as if your cab to frame clearance is about right. Your rubber mount is slightly deteroirated but I agree with Oliver I have seen much worse in that area as far as rust and bad body mounts. It really doesn't matter iether but that's a 93 model not a 92.

Deere I think his truck is Dark Spectrum blue. At least it looks so on my crappy PC. I have to say though Emerald Green Metallic was available in 1992, at least it was in RamChargers as my friend has a 1992 Canyon Sport that very same color. Now you might be correct that it wasn't available in dual wheel trucks as there were a couple colors that weren't available in two tone in dual wheel trucks. But Emerald green metallic was available in 1992.
