19.5'' wheels

Is anyone running 19.5s on their dually? I have seen one truck on the net that had 245/70/19.5 and it had twin turbos. I want see what is a good tire size and what gears to run.

Rickson is the most popular conversion for 19.5's that I know of.

I run the steel ricksons on my 92 D250 (SRW) tire size 225/75/19.5

I know about Rickson, I think I might go with their black powder coat. What gear should I run or is stock gear good enough? I want to go the 265/70/19.5 if I can?
