Question Dually rear hub/drum brakes

My 92 hasn't been stopping like I think should be so I pulled the rear drums and the inside seal has been leaking for a while. It looks like the hub and drum have to seperated to get at the seal.Do you need a press to seperate them or can it be done with a BFH and a chisel?

You don't have to pull the hub out of the drum to change the seal. Just drill a hole in the seal, put a screw in it, and use a slide hammer to yank it out. Save the BFH for the seal install.

Put all new brake hardware in while you're in there - my new self adjusters are still working after 8 months.
