12 wastegate housing back plate gasket?

12 wastegate housing back plate gasket?
just got a 12 cm wastegated housing. housing came with back plate, but the back plate was not attached. does anyone know what size bolt I will need to bolt back plate on? and shouldnt there be a gasket? if so where can I get one.
