Does anyone have or know where I can get a set of those wooden dowel rods you use when pulling the Cam out?I know they are easy to make,but I don't want to mess it up either way..I need them pretty quick..gotta tear off the old timing case housing after KDP damage.

 

Wal-Mart should have them... Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that I seen them in the crafts section.

If you're looking for premade forget it, they are a custom item.
Very easy to make though.

 

seems like I can't get a straight answer on this..aren't these supposed to be cut to fit inside a cummins head?Why would Wal-Mart have them? lol

 

Gotta make your own, sorry. Unless someone has a set they will lend you. If I had a set they would be in your hands by now.

 

1/2", cut a taper on the end of them

 

Thanks for the offer Geico..I guess i need to see what the ends look like then I would be able to make them..but i can't picture them

 

just like what a pencil looks like not quite as sharp with a slit in the end.
