Lets see...
Crush Sleeve (if the Dodge front 60 uses one, I don't know)
Shims
Bearings
Marking Compound
Setup Bearings (buy a set of new bearings and hone them out)
Seals (pinion and axleshaft)
I would go for the full install kit, it should have everything you need. The minor kit doesn't have bearings included. This is the kit i'd go with http://www.ringpinion.com/ProductDet...px?ProdID=7426.
If you haven't done a ring and pinion before, do some digging. Its not a bolt in and go process. Here's the article i've followed before (with some minor changes along the way) http://pirate4x4.com/tech/billavista/Gear_Setup/ .
You'll also need a dial indicator and stand, inch-pounds torque wrench, hydraulic press (or access to one), and a micrometer for tools. I always just cut through the old bearings to get them off the carrier -- Dremel tool is the easiest way, just score the inner part of the bearing that presses on to the carrier or pinion deeply and smack it sharply with a good hammer / chisel. You can do the gear setup with the axle in the vehicle, but its roughly 1000 times easier to do it out of it.
