What is this switch called? I'm holding the camera right above the radiator, on the driver's side of the engine, looking back into the engine compartment. This isn't the TPS, but it appears to sense when the throttle is completely closed.

 

doesn't look stock to me, pretty sure I don't have one. Exhaust brake control maybe?

That's the switch that opens your e-brake butterfly when the throttle isn't at idle.
They get out of adjustment sometimes and can be the reason the brake doesn't work.

 

Looks like I have multiple problems, which is always difficult. I'm making progress though.
